How do you manage to keep your diet
almost always on point and how do you
not cheat on your diet?
These are probably the most frequent questions I get asked on a daily basis. Honestly… I am not always „that“ motivated. And most of people in the fitness industry aren´t always motivated. Even if it seems like they are constanlty hustling and loving what they´re doing.
Expecting to stay motivated ALL THE TIME, is in my opinion, the biggest bullshit and lie ever.
Like so many things in life, we need to remind ourselves that emotions and feelings come and go like waves.
Sometimes, you just wake up in the morning super motivated, wanting to kill it at the gym and staying consistant with your diet and doing an extra 20min of cardio. While other days you just want to eat all the shit you see and just skip the gym for ever… but most of the time you just ignore this negative thoughst … Because you just remind yourself how far you´ve come and how much of a work it was. Buuuuuut sometimes that little voice in your head is just going to be stronger and you´ll finsih up eating all the sugar an junk. And you know what? It is ok! You´re just an human being. It´s not a setback… you just gotta see it as a lesson.
Next time you´ll be stronger. Next time you´ll ignore this voice in your head. And if not…well then it´s for another timeIf you know me…by knowing me I mean if you follow me, you should have noticed that I am a honest and straight person. So, just like you, or whoever…I get super grumpy while dieting. Specially at the very end of EVERY prep.
I am not the one who always complains on social media or only shows the bright side of life. For me it is very important to stay true to my followers. Sooooo guys, we are on the same boat
Don´t be fooled by Instagram, Youtube … It´s not the real world. Most of Influencers only show and share „the good“, BUT never talk about how the struggle is real and how they binge eat … etc.
So here I am … writing this post to give you some transparency and to tell you how hard it really is.
And believe me…I know how frustrating it is to be unmotivated, to feel lost and stuck in a routine.
So here is what I do when I feel unmotivated.
Talk about your feelings
It is very important to let your partner or close friends know what you´re currently going through. Ask for help. Tell people that you need to be distracted. Cry if you need to. But don´t let this emotions bottle up.
Reminde yourself of your goals
Think about how great and awesome that feeling would be (or is) to accomplish your goals. It´s just like a gym session… at the beginning you don´t necessarily feel like working out, but you still did it and you feel great afterwards.
Don´t think to much -ACT- JUST DO IT!
Sometimes, it´s the only „right“ thing that will actually help!
No matter if it is just to get your ass up from the couch and head over to the gym or just start cleaning your house or something else – the more you think about it and the more you´re looking to find excuses to not do what you have to do, the more difficult it will actually get to accomplish what you have to do.
It is not good to think to much.
Whenever your brain starts to fuck with you…and starts to look for „excuses“, just get up and do what you have to do.

Don´t be afraid to fail.
You will fail.
A lot.
And that´s ok!!!!!!
You just need to get back up. Learn from your mistakes and do it all over again.
Fail again. Get back up. Don´t give up.
Be proud that you´re trying it again and see it as a win not a fail.
It´s always going to be a lesson…you just gotta learn from it.
Reward yourself
Don´t be to hard at yourself.
Remember… we´re all just human beings, with feelings that can be hurt and fragile.
You lost 2pounds? Well reward yourself.
Don´t go and say „Fuck…I only lost 2pounds. I should´ve lost way more. I´ll do an extra hour of cardio from now on.“
DON´T DO THAT!!!!
You should see this as a win…you´re now one step closer to your goals. You rather reward yourself by giving yourself an extra restday.
Sometimes all your body/brain needs, it´s a little reward.
I hope I could help you with this Blogpost and I hope you´re now determined to crush your goals.
We´re on the same boat guys.
